Prepare 1 (18- to 19.5-oz.) brownie mix, substituting cold strong coffee for the water in the package directions. Stir in 1 (3-to 4-oz.) chopped coffee-flavored chocolate bar and 2 tablespoons espresso powder. Spoon into prepared 8- or 9-inch square pan. Bake according to package directions. Cool.
Beat 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, 1 tablespoon espresso powder dissolved in 1 tablespoon water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Spread over brownies; sprinkle with 1/3 cup chocolate-covered espresso beans.
