Prepare 1 (18- to 19.5-oz.) brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in 3/4 cup coarsely chopped miniature peanut butter cups and 3/4 cup peanut butter chips; spoon into prepared 8- or 9-inch square pan. Drop 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter in small spoonfuls over the top; gently swirl with knife. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cocktail peanuts; gently press into batter. Bake according to package directions. Cool.
