Potato Peeling Tip

Summertime grilling goes hand in hand with burgers, pickles and potato salad. There's just no escape from peeling those 'taters. You can, however, save yourself time and frustration from all that painstaking peeling if you check out the tip below from Cooking Club member Diane Vespoli.

When you need to peel the skin from a hot potato, use a paper towel instead of a knife or peeler. Just roll the potato in the towel and rub off the skin. It protects your fingers from burns, and the potato is clean and ready to be used in just a few seconds.
