Cut Kernels Quicker

Cooking Club member Abbey Norman freezes large amounts of fresh sweet corn every year. To save time and wear and tear on her hands, she uses an electric knife to cut the kernels from the cob. It makes for quick work, she says, and her hands don’t hurt for days afterward.
