Snag That Last Morsel of Shrimp

Take this tip from Cooking Club member Ian Waight on how to enjoy that last morsel of shrimp meat that's tucked inside the tail.

"Getting the last nugget of meat out of a shrimp tail can be tricky," says Ian. "During my years as a server, I learned this technique that works beautifully and keeps your fingers clean: Press down on the shell with a table knife directly in front of the fan. While you press down, pull out the meat with a fork."
