1 3/4 oz. bourbon
1/4 oz. Laphroaig 10-year or other smoky Scotch
1/4 oz. demerara sugar or other sugar syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Pour all ingredients over ice in an old-fashioned glass and stir well to chill and mix. Drizzle a dash of Scotch over the top of the drink for aroma.
