Removing Corn Silk

It's sweet corn season! How do you get that silk off the cob? Check out the tip below from a Cooking Club member.

"To remove the silk from freshly husked corn, put on a pair of rubber dish gloves that have a grooved pattern on the palms, and rub up and down on the ears of corn," says Cooking Club member Erin Johnson. "The silk comes right off."
