Crisp Garlic-Thyme Potato Planks

Like thick-sliced homemade potato chips, this is bar food at its best!

Cut unpeeled Yukon gold or russet potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; toss with olive oil, minced garlic, chopped fresh thyme, salt and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 425ºF. 25 to 30 minutes or until browned, turning once. Serve with sour cream.
