1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract or 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
8 slices white bread
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges
1 cup sour cream
1. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in wide medium bowl until well-combined. Whisk in salt.
2. Dip bread slices in egg mixture. Melt butter in large skillet or on griddle over medium heat. Cook bread slices 6 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Sprinkle toast with brown sugar; squeeze lemon wedges over slices. Top with sour cream.
