Beer Cocktails

Take a refreshing break from straight-up beer. Delicious things happen when you think of beer as a foundation ingredient instead of a stand-alone beverage.

Lemon-Orange-Wheat Cocktail

Combine 1/2 oz. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 oz. thawed frozen lemonade concentrate, 1 oz. whiskey and 6 oz. wheat beer. Top with several ice cubes.

Tequila Fizz

Combine 1 oz. tequila, 1 oz. thawed frozen apple juice concentrate and 6 oz. domestic lager. Top with several ice cubes.

Negroni Ale

Combine 1/2 oz. Campari, 1 oz. gin, 1 oz. sweet vermouth and 4 oz. extra pale ale. Top with several ice cubes.

Stout Float

Combine 1/2 oz. chocolate syrup, 1 oz. dark rum, and 6 to 8 oz. stout. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Pineapple-Lime Lite

Combine 1 oz. pineapple rum, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1 oz. thawed frozen limeade concentrate and 6 oz. light beer. Top with several ice cubes.
