What Do You Do with 13 Pounds of Bacon?

Ever wonder what it takes to throw a professional bake-off? Well, besides a whole lot of marketing, sponsorships, participation and hype, a bake-off requires a whole lot of ingredients. We rounded up a few of the numbers from the 47th Pillsbury Bake-Off, which was held in Nashville during the first week of November. Prepare for foodstuffs in bulk.

With 100 recipes represented and enough ingredients for each Pillsbury Bake-Off contestant to make their recipe three times, the quantities of refrigerated dough alone could make the Doughboy pass out. Besides that, there were massive amounts of cheese, bacon and more.   • 135 eggs
