2 tablespoons butter, softened, divided
2 hoagie buns or kaiser rolls, split
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
4 oz. ham (4 to 6 slices)
4 oz. turkey (4 to 6 slices)
8 slices dill pickle (1/4 inch thick)
4 slices baby Swiss, havarti or Jarlsberg cheese (about 4 oz.)
1. Spread 1 teaspoon of the butter over bottom half of each bun; spread top half with mustard. Layer sandwiches with ham, turkey, pickles and cheese. Spread remaining butter over outside of sandwiches.
2. Heat large nonstick skillet or grillpan to medium heat.* Place sandwiches in skillet. Cover with foil. Place heavy skillet over foil to weigh down and flatten sandwiches. Cook 2 to 4 minutes or until browned, turning once.
