SHRIMP-GARLIC-ARTICHOKE PIZZA WITH RED PEPPER
For Pizza Dough:
Shrimp, Garlic, Artichoke and Red Pepper Topping
1/4 cup Alfredo sauce, purchased
1/2 cup quartered canned artichoke hearts, patted dry
1/3 cup red bell pepper, sliced
8 oz. shelled, deveined, uncooked medium shrimp (31 to 35 count)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large garlic clove, minced 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- Sauté shrimp, tails removed, with olive oil and minced garlic in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes or until shrimp just begins to turn pink. Cool slightly.
- Top dough with Alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts, sliced red bell pepper, sautéed shrimp and shredded Italian cheese blend.
