Byron’s BBQ Nachos

1 pound Byron’s Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 bag tortilla chips
Garnish: whole kernel corn, sliced jalapeño, fresh guacamole and sour cream
PREPARE Byron’s barbecue according to package directions.
ON A LARGE oven-safe serving plate, arrange a layer of tortilla chips; top with barbecue. Sprinkle with cheese, onion, bell peppers, diced tomato and black beans.
HEAT in microwave (or oven, or grill) until cheese is melted. Garnish with sour cream, whole kernel corn, sliced jalapeño and fresh guacamole.
