James has two visits set

Georgia Military OL Micah James (6-4, 300) combined with Kaleb Broom to form one of the top JUCO tackle-tandems in the country. While his teammate is already committed to South Carolina, James is focusing on two mid-level FBS schools and will visit them in the very near future...

"The season went well," James told JCFootball.com recently. "I feel like I had a good season for the most part and I've seen recruiting pick up a little bit.

"I have offers from Western Carolina, Memphis and Middle Tennessee and Western Kentucky has told me if I visit them I will get an offer as well."

James will visit Middle Tennessee on December 10th and this weekend he will take a trip to Memphis to check out the Tigers.

"I'm excited," James said. "It's been a lot of hard work to get to this point and I'm just happy that I'll have a chance to play football and have school paid for."

"I'm probably a better run-blocker, but I can definitely pass-block too," James noted. "When you run-block you can be aggressive pretty much all the time, but when you pass-block you have to be passive most of the time.

"Because I'm real aggressive, it can hurt me sometimes in pass-blocking, so I just have to rely on my fundamentals. I'm good at both, but run-blocking is definitely what I'm better at."

James is on pace to graduate in December and he will have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
