Lots of options for Arizona Western's Bullock

For two-straight seasons, Arizona Western RB Reggie Bullock (5-9, 175) has been the top JUCO running back in the country. Last month, Bullock received NJCAA First Team All-American honors for the second-straight year and now he's turned his focus from shredding defenses to recruiting. JCFootball.com caught up with the talented back recently and he updated us on where things stand...

"It's been going good, real good," Bullock told JCFootball.com recently. "I have six offers and East Carolina is coming out on Thursday to meet with me and I'll probably be setting up my first official visit when they are here."

East Carolina is one of Bullock's offers and he said New Mexico State, Utah State, Memphis, North Texas and Arkansas State are the other schools who have stepped forward with an offer.

"I'm not graduating until May, so I have time to take some visits before I need to sign with a school," Bullock said. "I really like East Carolina a lot and they just recently offered me, back at the beginning of December, so they've been on me for a little while."

Bullock's lack of size is the only thing that has been holding him back from receiving offers from schools in the BCS conferences, but even with his smallish frame, he was a workhorse for the Gauchos the past two seasons totaling over 3,300 yards and 42 touchdowns while not missing a game.

"I can run inside or outside and I'm a better receiver than a lot of people realize," Bullock noted. "I had about 20 catches this year and schools have started to see that I can be a threat that way too."

As noted earlier, Bullock will graduate in May and he will have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
