Arizona Western RB Reggie Bullock (East Carolina) - Racked up huge numbers two years in a row, posting 1,500 yards and 22 touchdowns as a freshman in 2009 and followed that up with over 1,800 yards and 20 more touchdowns in 2010. Bullock was named a First Team All-American after both seasons. Signed with ECU over offers from Arkansas State, Utah State, New Mexico State, Memphis and North Texas and will enroll in May.
Laney RB C.J. Anderson (California) - Had a huge season for the Vikings in 2010 posting over 1,500 yards and 13 touchdowns. Saw spot duty as a freshman in 2009 rushing for 693 yards and three touchdowns. Got plenty of looks from schools and had offers from Washington State, Memphis, Nevada, New Mexico State and San Jose State. With the loss of Shane Vereen to the NFL, Anderson is expected to come in and challenge for playing time right away.
L.A. Habor RB John White (Utah) - Super-quick with the breakaway speed necessary to be a threat from anywhere on the field, White is a player to keep an eye on this fall. The Seahawks used White extensively in the passing game as well as the running game over the past two years and he totaled over 2,500 yards and 40 touchdowns rushing along with 68 receptions for 670 yards and 5 touchdowns receiving in that span. White got attention from most of the Pac 12, but chose the Utes because of their success as well as the offense they run.
Independence RB Stephen Houston (North Carolina) - Big back who combines good vision and quickness in the hole with a surprising burst outside. Houston signed with Mississippi out of high school, but was unable to qualify. Led the top rushing attack in the country this year with 1,082 yards and five touchdowns.
Other players who signed with FBS and FCS programs: Reedley's Eric Johnson (UNLV); Copiah-Lincoln's Montrell Conner (Troy); Fresno's Leighton Settle (Northern Illinois); Hutchinson's Jamal Womble (Northern Illinois); L.A. Valley's Germi Morrison (New Mexico State); Tyler's Akeem Shavers (Purdue); Hinds' Matthew Willis (West Alabama); Butte's Travis Davidson (Murray State)
