SEATTLE - In our effort to continue to focus on some of the top JUCO performers at each position, today JCFootball.com adds to our list of top linebackers and how they have fared so far this year...

Pearl River LB Chris Bermond - Heading into the season, Bermond was already a highly sought-after prospect and he's done nothing to diminish his standing by posting 40 tackles and two tackles-for-loss in five games including a 10-tackle effort in a 17-10 loss to Mississippi Gulf Coast last week.


Tyler LB Rikko Harris - Last weekend, Harris had a huge game, posting 11 tackles, a sack and a fumble that he took back for a touchdown in a 35-28 loss to Trinity Valley.


Kilgore LB Matthew Gregg - Gregg, a freshman, had a huge game for Kilgore last week, posting 10 tackles, one tackle-for-loss and two sacks, but the Rangers still lost 22-17 to Navarro.


Reedley LB Eric Sykes - The sophomore linebacker has flown around the field for the Tigers this year, posting 32 tackles while playing in just three games so far this season and last week he posted six tackles and a sack from his outside linebacker position in a loss to West Hills.


Jones LB/DE Anthony Wilson - Wilson had a huge game last week for Jones, posting four tackles and three sacks in a 38-20 win over Holmes. Wilson has already committed to Southern Mississippi and had offers from Baylor, Kansas State and Miami.


College of the Desert LB Robert Caldwell - Caldwell is having an solid season so far for the Roadrunners, posting 30 tackles, eight tackles-for-loss and three sacks from his linebacker position. Last week, in a 47-17 win over Victor Valley, Caldwell really made his presence felt, posting nine tackles and two tackles-for-loss.


El Camino LB Dereck Largent - Largent has been a playmaker for the Warriors so far this season, posting 32 tackles, 1.5 sacks and two fumble recoveries.


Fullerton LB Brandon Guererro - Guererro has been a leader for the Hornets on defense this year, posting 32 tackles and generally being a difficult matchup for opposing offenses.


West Hills LB Eroni Foifua - The freshman has been all over the place for West Hills this year, posting 28 tackles in four games to go along with 2.5 sacks and four passes defensed.


Joliet LB Kirkland Brinker - Joliet is off to a 4-1 start and a big reason is the defense, of which, Brinker is one of the leaders, posting a team-leading 35 tackles with seven tackles-for-loss from his middle linebacker position.


Butler LB Jeff Page - Page has been nothing short of amazing this year for the Grizzlies, posting a team-leading 39 tackles to go along with three tackles-for-loss and three sacks.


ASA LB/DE Davon Johnson - Johnson has gotten off to a fast start this year, posting 19 tackles and three sacks, helping to lead the Avengers to a 2-1 record.


Eastern Arizona LB DeNaurius Hayles - Hayles is having a great season so far for the Gila Monsters, posting a team leading 45 tackles and four sacks.


Garden City LB Deilouse Jackson - Jackson is having an outstanding freshman season for the Broncbusters with 42 tackles, three tackles-for-loss and two sacks in six games.
