L.A. Southwest's Ezekiel proves his worth

One of the top JUCO tailbacks in the state of California this past season was L.A. Southwest RB Ezekiel Graham (5-9, 170) and he's been garnering some recruiting attention since the start of the season and he filled in JCFootball.com with what has been going on…

Graham, who prepped at nearby Carson (Ca.) High School, was a full-qualifier as a prep, but no one decided to offer and because he wanted to keep playing, he decided to listen to a family friend and head to Southwest.

This season, the talented tailback posted 1,268 yards and 15 touchdowns while also hauling in 51 receptions for 422 yards and two more scores.

"I'm a downhill runner and I make most of my yards inside, but I can go outside too, it doesn't really matter to me," Graham told JCFootball.com. "I'm not afraid of contact and I like to be physical even though I'm not the biggest guy."

On the recruiting front, his productivity as well as his talent have garnered looks at multiple levels including Tuskegee, Sacramento State and Miami.

"Tuskegee and Sac State have offered me and Miami likes me, but they haven't offered me yet," Graham said. "I'm not real picky. I just want to keep playing ball and I know I can help at the next level."

Graham will graduate in December and he will have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
