Laudermill's Dance Card Is Filling Up

West Los Angeles DT Kevin Laudermill (6-3, 300) had a solid sophomore season in 2011 and now has turned his focus to the recruiting front where he already has three schools to visit come next month. JCFootball.com caught up with the talented lineman and he filled us in on how his travel plans have started to take shape...

"Things have been good," Laudermill told JCFootball.com. "I'm visiting Eastern Michigan on January 13th, Howard on January 21st and I'm trying to work it out so I can visit New Mexico State in-between those two.

"I've had most of my offers since the summer, but New Mexico State came in after my season was over and I'm still waiting to see what some other schools -- Arizona State, Kansas and Hawaii -- are going to do because I had offers from them, but then the staffs got fired, so right now, I don't know what's going on with those."

Laudermill also got some good news on the qualifying front as well.

"I found out I'm a qualifier, so I can sign at any time," Laudermill said. "That was something I worked really hard for and it's paid off for me, so I'm hoping that will help my status with some other schools."

This season, Laudermill started every game for West L.A. and amassed 40 tackles, five tackles-for-loss and four sacks.

He will have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
