Could Ingram be headed to the Pac 12?

While he sat out the 2011 football season hoping to get his academics in order, former L.A. Pierce TE Nate Ingram (6-3, 245) still got a lot of interest from schools this fall and may have found a home at a Pac 12 school if things go the way they should...

"I have had an offer from Western Michigan for a while, but I wanted to see who else wanted to offer me," Ingram told JCFootball.com recently. "This past week or so, Arizona State has really come on and shown me how much they want me and I have an offer from them, but I have to get my classes done to be able to sign with them.

"I've finished all of my classes except for the one I'm taking online and that one will be done in the next couple of days. If I get that all done, then I can sign and I'm leaning toward signing with ASU right now.

"Oregon has started to come on for me though and they are talking about me visiting, but I they haven't offered yet so, I'm really not sure yet on that."

As a freshman in 2009, Ingram finished second on the team with 39 receptions for 398 yards and two touchdowns and in 2010, the talented tight end finished fourth on the team with 28 receptions for 310 yards and seven more scores.

If he passes all of his classes and signs with a school, Ingram will have two years to play two wherever he ends up.
