Means sees recruiting pick up

A prospect seeing a late surge in recruiting is Butte CB Solomon Means (6-1, 170). He's got three offers from schools and after next weekend he'll have taken visits to all three. Here's a look at which schools are in the mix for this emerging player...

Offensive coordinator Robbie Snelling informed JCFootball.com that Means has offers from Arizona State, Houston and Idaho.

He has previously visited Idaho, is currently visiting Houston and will take a trip to Arizona State next week before making his decision.

Means is a bounceback from Weber State. This past season, he totaled 38 tackles, one interception and a team-leading 12 passes defensed.

He will have three years to play three with whichever school he signs with on February 6th.
