Change of plans for Denucci and another offer

Things are heating up for Snow OL Darren Denucci (6-4, 290). The talented and versatile prospect plans to sign with a school this spring. He had planned ot take a trip to Southern Miss this past weekend, but has changed his plans and he recently updated JCFootball.com about his new itinerary as well as the new school which has entered the fray...

"I was supposed to visit Southern Miss this past weekend, but I changed my plans because their spring game is this weekend and honestly, it just worked out better to go this weekend," Denucci told JCFootball.com. "I also got an offer from Nevada today and I'm going to visit them soon and I think things are going to heat up with a few more schools."

Denucci graduated from Bountiful (Ut.) High School and signed with Weber State, but then, after taking his mission and some coaching changes, he decided he needed a fresh start, so he headed to Snow to get his football career restarted.

"I am a natural center and that's what I came here as, but they needed me at tackle, so I played left tackle last year," Denucci said. "I just did what my team needed me to do and played where I was needed."

Wherever Denucci signs he will have three years to play three.

We will continue to keep tabs on his progress and we will update news as it happens with him.
