JCFootball.com Recruiting Blog - 6/12

Even though the May evaluation period is over, JUCO prospects continue to haul in offers from four year programs. Here's a look at some of the new offers that are out as well as what schools are heating up with several others...

Bakersfield S Chris Hannible - Hannible is one of the top JUCO safeties in the country this year, but he has yet to haul in an offer. Currently he's been hearing from most of the Pac 12, mainly California, Arizona State and Utah, as well as Texas State, Colorado State, Nevada and UNLV. As a freshman in 2012, Hannible posted 64 tackles, three interceptions and six passes defensed.

Riverside OT Dominique Robertson - Robertson recently hauled in his second offer as Texas Tech joined Fresno State as the schools that have extended full rides. Expect Robertson's stock to continue to rise in the coming weeks and months for him to have a handful of offers before the start of the season.

Arizona Western OT Pierson Owensby - Owensby is the next great Matador offensive line prospect and recently he hauled in his first offer -- Texas Tech. In addition to the Red Raiders, schools like Oklahoma State, Fresno State, Colorado, Utah and Oregon State have also been showing quite a bit of interest.

Fort Scott OT Demetrius Hill - Hill continues to sport six offers - Baylor, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Memphis, Northern Illinois and Texas State -- and has been hearing a lot from the likes of Auburn and Tennessee and a new suitor has started to emerge as Arizona has picked things up over the past couple of weeks.

College of the Sequoias DL Julio Derosier - Derosier has offers from Colorado, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Miami (Fl), New Mexico State and Washington and he said USC, Akron and Hawaii have also made their interest known as well. Derosier is visiting Miami this week and hopes to take a couple more visits and then could decide to leave COS for a four-year school if his credits wind up transferring.

Georgia Military S Te'Angelo Ulett - Ulett had a solid season as a freshman, totaling nearly 30 tackles while playing in just eight games. He already has an offer from UAB and has been hearing from Arizona, Auburn, Troy, Memphis and Marshall.

Mississippi Gulf Coast S Nigel Green - Green has already grabbed offers from Louisiana-Lafayette, Northwestern State and South Alabama and is getting interest from Auburn, Ole Miss and South Florida. He's one of the leaders in the deep patrol and will be counted on to build off of a solid freshman campaign that saw him post 42 tackles, two interceptions, one fumble recovery and two passes defensed.
