Three L.A. Pierce Players Receive New Offers

L.A. Pierce is off to a 4-0 start and over the past week or so, more of their players have started to see offers roll in. Included in that mix are starting quarterback Nick Arbuckle, redshirting QB Michael Adens and OT Rasalic Mackey who all received new offers over the weekend...

-- QB Nick Arbuckle -- Arbuckle received an offer from UNLV and now has three offers to his name, Northern Colorado and Georgia State had previously offered.

So far this season, the sophomore gunslinger has completed 61.7% of his passes for 886 yards with 10 touchdowns and just one interception while rushing for 101 yards and another score.

-- QB Michael Adens - Even though he's redshirting this year, Adens received offers from West Texas A&M and Akron and those two offers join ones from South Florida and Tennessee.

When he signs with a school, Adens will have three years to play three starting next fall.

-- OT Rasalic Mackey - While his linemate, Justin Scott, received most of the early attention from schools, Mackey has come on this fall and started to see things pick up with four year programs. He was offered by Georgia State over the weekend per assistant coach Mike Hill.

Mackey, at 6'7", 310 pounds, is an impressive looking athlete and has seen things pick up with four year schools since the start of the season.
