Northeastern Oklahoma A&M CB Devron Moore was one of this week's top JUCO defensive back performers. Here's a look at how his day went and how his season is progressing as well as several other defensive backs who also have been standing out so far this season...

Northeastern Oklahoma A&M CB Devron Moore- Moore racked up six tackles (four solo) and had an interception that he returned 75 yards for a touchdown as well in NEO's 35-21 loss to Kilgore last weekend. In six games the talented safety has posted 57 tackles, three interceptions and six pass breakups.

Hinds S Keith Turner - Turner had 12 (7 solo) tackles in Hinds' 24-20 win over Jones last weekend. For the season, the freshman has racked up 25 stops and two forced fumbles.

Northwest Mississippi S Terrell White - White posted 11 tackles (nine solo) and a pass breakup in the Rangers' 17-14 loss to Holmes. This season, the sophomore has posted 56 tackles (31 solo), one fumble recovery and one interception.

Snow S Eric Takenaka - The freshman posted nine tackles (six solo), two sacks and two tackles-for-loss in Snow's 35-0 win over Phoenix. So far this season, Takenaka has racked up 32 tackles (21 solo), two sacks, two tackles-for-loss and two passes defensed.

Mississippi Gulf Coast CB Justin Evans - Evans had eight tackles (all solo) and one interception in the Bulldogs' 48-7 win over Southwest Mississippi.

Tyler CB Caleb Williams - Williams had seven tackles (all solo) and two interceptions in the Apaches' 49-23 win over Cisco. In Tyler's seven games this season, the sophomore has posted 46 tackles and five interceptions.

North Dakota State College of Science S Brandyn Bartlett - In the Wildcats' 41-38 win over Ellsworth, Bartlett totaled 13 tackles (nine solo), one tackle-for-loss and an interception.

Coffeyville CB Mikal Cromartie - The freshman had 14 tackles (eight solo), but Coffeyville still dropped their game with Dodge City by a score of 32-27.

Lackawanna S Shahid Lovett - Lovett had nine tackles (eight solo) in Lackawanna's 27-0 loss to ASA last weekend. In seven games, the talented safety has 57 tackles (38 solo), 5.5 tackles-for-loss and three interceptions.

Orange Coast S Jason Kollock - Kollock totaled 10 tackles (four solo), one tackle-for-loss, one pass break up and he also had a blocked field goal as well.

Moorpark S Cesar Fermin - Fermin posted had eight tackles (all solo), one sack, one tackle-for-loss, two pass breakups and two interceptions in Moorpark's 21-7 win over L.A. Pierce and was named Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

Palomar CB Bryan Jones - Jones had a solid afternoon for the Comets, totaling 11 tackles (eight solo) and two pass breakups in Palomar's 23-10 loss to Cerritos. So far this season, the freshman has posted 35 tackles (26 solo), one interception, one fumble recovery and 11 pass breakups.

Palomar S David Atoe - Atoe totaled 10 tackles (eight solo) in Palomar's 23-10 loss to Cerritos. For the season, the sophomore safety has racked up 34 tackles (26 solo), a sack and a forced fumble.

Laney CB Jamal Mayo - Mayo had a huge game for Laney last week, totaling five tackles (four solo), a sack, a tackle-for-loss, a forced fumble and an interception as his team beat College of the Siskiyous 44-14.

Diablo Valley S Dillon McGrew - McGrew played huge for DVC last weekend, totaling seven tackles (all solo), three sacks and three tackles-for-loss.
