Fort Scott DE sets up several official visits

Now that Fort Scott's season has drawn to a close, DE Demetrius Hill (6-3, 245) has started to turn his focus to recruiting and Grehounds assistant coach Moses Harper updated JCFootball.com on where things sit at this point in the process and which schools the talented defensive lineman plans to visit over the next few weeks...

"Demetrius will visit Minnesota this weekend (November 8th) and then he's set up visits with Baylor for December 6th and California for December 13th," Harper told JCFootball.com in a message. "He also was just offered by Cal."

The offer from the Golden Bears joins full rides from schools like Baylor, Florida Atlantic, Kansas, Memphis, Northern Illinois, Minnesota and Texas State and Harper also noted that Hill has seen some new interest coming in from Texas as well.

While the Greyhounds stumbled to a 2-7 record this season, they have done well on the recruiting front and have produced several top prospects that four year programs are currently after.

Hill is one of those after he posted a team-leading 5.5 sacks and 16.5 tackles for loss to go along with 61 tackles (good for second on the team), three forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
