Two new offers for Riverside QB

Riverside assistant coach Darrin Chiaverini informed that QB Skyler Howard (6-0, 205) has received two new offers...

Chiaverini told that Howard has received offers from West Virginia (reported last week by and San Jose State.

Those two offers join full rides from New Mexico State and Northern Colorado.

While leading the Tigers to a 10-2 record, Howard threw for 3,151 yards with 33 touchdowns and six interceptions while completing 219 of his 325 attempts. He also showed good athleticism rushing for 343 yards and five scores.

He will visit West Virginia this weekend and hopes to take other visits before signing with a school later this month and he will have three years to play two starting in the fall of 2014.
