Tucker is a top 2015 prospect

There can be little doubt that one of the top JUCO prospects for the 2015 class will wind up being Copiah-Lincoln DT Demond Tucker (6-0, 280). After leading the nation with 13 sacks and being named the NJCAA Defensive Player of the Year, the talented interior defensive lineman has six early offers and more will likely come in over the next few months...

Tucker has offers from Arizona State, Illinois, Tennessee, West Virginia and Oklahoma and is getting attention from several more BCS-level programs as well as FBS and FCS programs.

"He played nose tackle for us, but he has the athleticism to play anywhere along the line," Co-Lin defensive coordinator Otis Yelverton told JCFootball.com. "He's quick, he's got great power and he's already gotten a lot of interest from schools."

The freshman had a huge season for the 7-2 Wolfpack, posting a nation-leading 13 sacks to go along with 53 tackles, 14.5 tackles-for-loss and even chipped in an interception as well and was named the NJCAA Defensive Player of the Year for his efforts.
