Top Performers - Running Backs

Here's a look at some of the top JUCO running back performances from this past weekend including Northwest Mississippi's Justin Crawford who had a huge game in the Rangers' win over Holmes on Saturday...

Northwest Mississippi RB Justin Crawford - The freshman was a workhorse for the Rangers in their 28-14 win over Holmes on Saturday as he carried the ball 42 times for 259 yards and four touchdowns. So far this season, Crawford has rushed for 701 yards and seven scores, leading the MACJC in both categories.

ASA RB Joseph Williams - Williams led the way for the Avengers as they downed Dean by a score of 21-0 as the sophomore carried the ball 33 times for 240 yards and a touchdown. The talented runner has posted 639 yards and three touchdowns in four games this season.

Hutchinson RB Alvin Kamara - Kamara tallied 207 yards and three scores on 27 carries in Hutch’s nail-biting 42-35 win over Coffeyville. In five games this season, the freshman tailback has racked up 690 yards and 10 touchdowns on 101 carries.

Fort Scott RB Devin Taylor - Taylor carried the ball 40 times for 254 yards and a touchdown in the Greyhounds’ 49-38 win over Dodge City. So far this season, Taylor has carried the ball 147 times for 936 yards and eight scores in five games for Fort Scott.

Butler RB Chris Carson - The Georgia commit’s stat line shows 18 carries for 153 yards in the Grizzlies’ 41-24 win over Iowa Central.

Trinity Valley RB Jeff Harris - The Cardinals blasted College of DuPage by a score of 73-14 and Harris had a hand in several explosive plays, posting 149 yards and a touchdown on just 10 carries in the victory.

Mississippi Gulf Coast RB Chris Robinson - The freshman tailback rushed for 147 yards and two scores in a 28-0 win over Southwest Mississippi. Robinson has rushed for 584 yards and six scores so far this season.

Arizona Western RB Terrell Aldridge - Aldridge, yet another freshman, posted 121 yards on the ground and two rushing touchdowns in the Matadors’ 50-47 three OT win over Glendale on Saturday.

Butte RB Marvel Harris - Harris carried the ball 14 times for 123 yards and two touchdowns in the Roadrunners’ 35-34 win over San Joaquin Delta.

City College of San Francisco RB Jahray Hayes - The talented tailback rushed for 150 yards and five scores on 19 carries in the Rams’ 66-29 win over Modesto last weekend.

Mt. San Jacinto RB Eddy Williams - On just eight touches, Williams totaled 187 yards and four touchdowns on the ground for Mt. San Jacinto in their 66-2 win over Compton.

Palomar RB Justin Harris - Harris rushed the ball 28 times for 190 yards and a touchdown in Palomar’s big 41-24 win over Grossmont.

College of the Siskiyous RB Zach Floyd - Floyd rushed for 154 yards on 25 carries as Siskiyous eeked out a 14-9 win over Foothill.

College of the Redwoods RB Jacob Duilio - The sophomore power-back rushed for 1230 yards and two scores in COR’s 30-18 win over Mendocino.

Ventura RB Aaron Stanton - Stanton carried the ball 25 times for 149 yards and four touchdowns in Ventura’s 48-21 win over Moorpark.

Fresno RB Jeremy Smith - Smith had a solid game for the Rams in their 49-4Jacob Robante4 win over Reedley as he rushed for 168 yards and a touchdown.

Merced RB Josh Stevens - The freshman rolled up 122 yards and two touchdowns in Merced’s 42-28 win over Hartnell.

Monterey Peninsula RB Jacob Robante - Robante rushed for 133 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries in his team’s 31-15 win over Cabrillo. In five games so far this season, the freshman has rolled up 426 yards and five scores.

San Bernardino RB Kendrick Dorn - Dorn rushed for 103 yards and two scores on 28 carries in San Bernardino’s 45-23 win over College of the Desert.

San Bernardino RB Alijah Watson - The second part of SBVC’s two-headed running attack toted the rock just seven times, but he still managed to finish with 106 yards and a touchdown in San Bernardino’s 45-23 win over College of the Desert. The touchdown came from 80 yards out.

San Diego Mesa RB Anastacio Romo - Mesa got drubbed by Southwestern 55-7, but Romo did manage to have a solid afternoon as he carried the ball 24 times for 113 yards.
