Top Performers - Wide Receivers

Several wideouts stood out this past weekend while helping lead their teams to a win. Here's a look at some of the top performances from some very talented wideouts including Trinity Valley's Jarvis Baxter whose late touchdown gave the Cardinals a big win over Blinn...

Trinity Valley WR Jarvis Baxter - Baxter hauled in 13 receptions for 250 yards and three scores, including the game-winner with no time left on the clock, to give the Cardinals a 42-41 win over Blinn. The talented sophomore leads TVC with 39 receptions for 789 yards and 11 touchdowns in seven games so far this season.

Tyler WR Ryan Parker - The freshman finished with 11 receptions for 112 yards and two touchdowns in the Apaches' 47-42 win over Georgia Military. While playing in six games, Parker has totaled 30 receptions for 440 yards and a team-leading eight touchdowns.

Jones WR Rodregus Ducksworth - In Jones' 14-7 loss to East Central, Ducksworth totaled 10 receptions for 173 yards. The sophomore leads to the Bobcats with 38 receptions for 624 yards and four touchdowns so far this season.

Blinn WR Dede Westbrook - Westbrook hauled in 10 receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown in a 42-41 loss to Trinity Valley. The talented sophomore currently leads the entire nation with 58 receptions and 1,131 yards receiving and he's currently tied for fourth in the country with 10 touchdown receptions.

Dodge City WR William French - French grabbed nine receptions for 151 yards in Dodge City's 53-36 loss to Butler. The sophomore has hauled in 42 receptions for 613 yards and five touchdowns in seven games this year.

Navarro WR JaBryce Taylor - The Bulldogs got a 65-30 win over Northeastern Oklahoma A&M and the freshman wideout had a big hand in that as he hauled in seven receptions for 183 yards and two scores. In seven games so far this season, Taylor has hauled in 36 receptions for 598 yards and four touchdowns.

Navarro WR Austin Collins - Collins notched seven receptions for 139 yards and a touchdown in the Bulldogs' 65-30 win over Northeastern Oklahoma A&M. The sophomore wideout has grabbed 26 receptions for 444 yards and a team-leading nine touchdowns in seven games this season.

East Mississippi WR Brandon Acker - In EMCC's 49-0 win over, Acker totaled seven receptions for 164 yards. Acker leads the Lions with 37 receptions and 567 yards and ranks third on the team with five touchdowns.

Butler WR Michael Gallup - The freshman had a huge day in Butler's big 53-36 win over Garden City last weekend, posting five receptions for an astounding 287 yards and three touchdowns, earning KJCCC Offensive Player of the Week honors.

Lackawanna WR DeAndre Black - Black grabbed five passes for 128 yards and a touchdown in Lackawanna's 21-14 loss to ASA.

ASA WR Olu Izegwire - Izegwire had the game-winning touchdown with less than two minutes remaining to give the Avengers a 21-14 win over Lackawanna. The sophomore leads the team with 20 receptions for 251 yards and he also has the one touchdown.

Cerritos WR Dominique Young - Young grabbed 10 receptions for 182 yards and a touchdown as the Falcons edged rival El Camino 29-26 last Saturday. Young has had a big sophomore season for Cerritos as he's totaled 35 receptions for 679 yards and six touchdowns.

Cerritos WR Justin Caines - Caines also had a solid game this past weekend in the Falcons' 29-26 win over El Camino as he hauled in five receptions for 84 yards and two scores. So far this season, the sophomore has grabbed 17 receptions forr 246 yards and five touchdowns.

Bakersfield WR Derrick Vickers - The freshman had just four receptions, but they went for 99 yards and a touchdown in the Renegades' 17-14 win over Citrus.

Orange Coast WR Mark Munson - The gifted wideout used his outstanding size and speed combination to haul in seven receptions for 167 yards and three scores, helping lead the Pirates to a 49-10 win over L.A. Pierce. So far this season, Munson, a sophomore, has hauled in a team-leading 37 receptions for 602 yards and seven touchdowns.

Riverside WR Isaac Whitney - Whitney has been one of the most dangerous receives in the So Cal JUCO ranks since the season started and he continued that trend last weekend, hauling in 10 receptions for 126 yards in Riverside's hard-fought 36-13 win over Fullerton. The sophomore leads the Tigers with 30 receptions for 484 yards and ranks third on the team with two touchdown receptions.

Santa Ana WR Hayden Dunn - Dunn helped lead the Dons to a 29-23 win over Chaffey by posting nine receptions for 166 yards and a touchdown. The freshman wideout leads Santa Ana with 29 receptions for 401 yards and is tied for the team lead with three touchdown receptions.

Golden West WR Quest Truxton - In Golden West's 32-20 win over Ventura, Truxton grabbed seven passes for 180 yards and a touchdown.

Pasadena WR Turner Jackson - Jackson hauled in six receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown, but Pasadena still dropped their game with East Los Angeles by a score of 38-30.
