Southwest Mississippi LB Khalil Brice - Brice posted 14 tackles, two sacks, five tackles-for-loss and a forced fumble in Southwest Mississippi’s 38-14 win over East Central.

Northwest Mississippi LB Malik Hawkins - The freshman linebacker racked up 12 tackles for the Rangers in his team’s 49-0 loss to East Mississippi. So far this season, Hawkins has totaled 86 tackles, 2.5 sacks, nine tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery, two pass breakups and one blocked punt.

Northwest Mississippi LB Terry Caldwell - Caldwell teamed with Hawkins to have a big game in the Rangers 49-0 loss to East Mississippi. The sophomore leads Northwest Mississippi with 91 tackles and has also posted two sacks, eight tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery, two forced fumbles, four pass breakups and an interception.

Butler LB Kaleb Ringer - Ringer totaled 12 tackles and a tackle-for-loss, but Butler still dropped their game with Coffeyville by a score of 37-34. This season, the sophomore linebacker has racked up 90 tackles, one sack, 6.5 tackles-for-loss and one pass breakup.

Coffeyville LB AnFernee Turner - In the Red Ravens’ 37-34 win over Butler, Turner led the way with 10 tackles and two tackles-for-loss. The sophomore outside linebacker ranks second on his team with 57 tackles while also posting 1.5 sacks and six tackles-for-loss.

Hutchinson LB Lakel Bass - Bass racked up 10 tackles, a tackle-for-loss and one interception in the Blue Dragons’ 58-35 win over Highland. The sophomore linebacker leads Hutch with 73 tackles and he’s also posted one sack, 6.5 tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery, two fumble recoveries and he’s tied for the team lead with three interceptions as well.

Hinds LB Jemarcus James - In Hinds’ 52-45 loss to Jones, the freshman totaled 10 tackles and a tackle-for-loss. So far this season, in eight games, James leads the Eagles with 56 tackles while also posting three tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery and two pass breakups.

Mesa LB Wesley Payne - The freshman continues to impress, but even though he racked up a team-high 16 tackles in Mesa’s 58-29 loss to Scottsdale. Payne leads his team with 99 tackles and also has posted an interception.

Ellsworth LB Dawayne Pruitt - Pruitt had six tackles and an interception he returned 43 yards in Ellsworth’s 40-0 blowout win over Independence.

Independence LB Marc Robinson - The sophomore totaled 17 tackles in the Pirates’ 40-0 loss to Ellsworth. In five games, Robinson has totaled 66 tackles to go along with 1.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and an interception.

Navarro LB Ben Jones - Jones had eight tackles and a sack in Navarro’s 58-45 win over Tyler. In eight games, the talented sophomore has totaled 37 tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles.

Tyler LB Tupe Saunoa - Saunoa totaled 15 tackles and a forced fumble, but the Apaches still dropped their game with Navarro by a score of 58-45.

Blinn LB Justin Johnson - Johnson had a big game last weekend, posting 14 tackles, a sack and a tackle-for-loss, but Blinn still wound up losing 49-40 to Kilgore. In seven games so far this season, the talented freshman has totaled 65 tackles, 5.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles-for-loss.

Copiah-Lincoln LB Zachary Williams - The freshman had a game-high 15 stops as well as a sack in Co-Lin’s 29-26 win over Mississippi Gulf Coast. So far, in eight games, Williams has totaled 59 tackles, 3.5 sacks and 14 tackles-for-loss.

Dean LB Tyree Holmes - Holmes posted nine tackles, two sacks and four tackles-for-loss in Dean’s 38-0 loss to Nassau last weekend.

Monterey Peninsula LB Matthew Lualemana - The Lobos dropped their game with Merced, but the freshman linebacker still had a big game, totaling 13 tackles, one sack and on tackle-for-loss.

Merced LB Charlie Kahepuu - The freshman linebacker totaled 11 tackles, 1.5 sacks, three tackles-for-loss and two quarterback hurries in Merced’s 27-20 win over Monterey Peninsula.

Grossmont LB Ryden Kerr - Kerr finished with five tackles, two sacks, two tackles-for-loss, a fumble recovery and a pass breakup in Grossmont’s big 41-27 win over Saddleback.

Sacramento LB George Stone - Stone totaled 11 tackles, a sack, a tackle-for-loss and an interception in the Panthers’ 34-10 win over Sierra.

Sacramento LB Russell Williams - The freshman had a great game in Sac City’s big 34-10 win over Sierra as he totaled 10 tackles, two sacks, two tackles-for-loss and a pass breakup in the victory. This season Williams has totaled 46 tackles, five sacks, two fumble recoveries , two forced fumbles and an interception in six games.

DeAnza LB Nikki Webber - Webber posted 10 tackles and an interception, but DeAnza still dropped their game with Diablo Valley by a score of 45-21.

College of San Mateo LB Randy Allen - Allen had four tackles, 2.5 sacks, 2.5 tackles-for-loss and one quarterback hurry as the Bulldogs handed Santa Rosa its first loss of the season with a 24-21 win.

Santa Rosa LB Vaimaa Taito - Taito finished with 14 tackles and two pass breakups, but Santa Rosa still fell by a score of 24-21 to College of San Mateo.

Los Medanos LB Markie Beltram - The Mustangs lost 37-29 to Hartnell, but the sophomore still had a solid game, posting 14 tackles, one sack, one tackle-for-loss and two forced fumbles. This season, Beltram has totaled 62 tackles, one sack, four interceptions and three forced fumbles.

Orange Coast LB Mike Hayden - The freshman posted 10 tackles, one sack and tackle-for-loss, but the Pirates still dropped their game with Palomar 20-10.

Ventura LB Kyler O'Halloran - The freshman totaled 10 tackles, a forced fumble and a pass breakup in Ventura’s 50-19 win over Pasadena.

Long Beach LB Matthew Rowe - The Arizona State bounceback totaled 13 tackles, a sack and 1.5 tackles-for-loss in Long Beach’s 40-36 loss to Chaffey.

Mt. San Antonio LB Sitiveni Tamaivena - The hard-hitting sophomore continues to impress when the Mounties need him the most as he posted a team-leading seven tackles, two sacks and two tackles-for-loss in Mt. San Antonio’s 41-17 win over Citrus. Tamaivena leads the team with 54 tackles, eight sacks and 14 tackles-for-loss and he’s also added an interception, a pass breakup and a blocked punt.

Moorpark LB James Allen - Allen had a huge game in Moorpark’s 50-47 loss to Bakersfield, racking up 16 tackles, a sack and 2.5 tackles-for-loss. In six games, the sophomore linebacker has racked up a team-leading 61 tackles and 6.5 tackles-for-loss while also posting a sack, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and an interception.

Cerritos LB Aaron Porter - The Washington State commit totaled 14 tackles, half a sack and a tackle-for-loss in Cerritos’ hard-fought 19-12 win over Allan Hancock. This season the UCLA bounceback has totaled 60 tackles, 2.5 sacks, 7.5 tackles for loss, one interception and two pass breakups while helping lead the Falcons to a 5-2 record.

Modesto LB Benjie Wilson - Wilson had two tackles, two sacks and two tackles-for-loss in the Pirates’ 57-23 win over College of the Sequoias.
