Magloire Talks Commitment Status With Arizona

Even though he committed to Arizona back in late May, that hasn't stopped schools from across the country from offering Arizona Western S Paul Magloire (6-2, 215). The talented prospect is now up to eight offers and recently three Pac 12 programs have let him know that they are very interested in what he brings to the table as well...

"I have offers right now from Arizona, Buffalo, Georgia Southern, Illinois, Iowa State, South Alabama, Southern Mississippi and Utah State," Magloire told JCFootball.com recently. "Texas has messaged me recently and Washington, Oregon and California have all picked things up with me and started to recruit me pretty hard."

With all the new interest, has that changed Magloire's commitment level with Arizona?

"I'm still firmly committed to Arizona," Magloire said. "I know I'm going to take a visit there either for their game against Arizona State or in one or the three weekends in December.

"They want me to get up there so I can see the vibe of the stadium and a game. They want the atmosphere to be good, so that I can get a feel for that when I am there, so we're still sorta working on setting that up.

"I haven't decided whether I will take other visits or not. I like what Arizona has going and I am committed to them, so we'll see, but I'm not planning on it right now."

So far this season, Magloire ranks second on the Matadors with 71 tackles and has also posted five tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two interceptions, six pass breakups and two blocked punts.

Magloire is on pace to finish up his academic work in December and he will have three years to play two following the 2014 football season.
