Northwest Mississippi LB Terry Caldwell - Caldwell has had an amazing season for the Rangers and last week was just more of the same for the talented linebacker as he earned MACJC Defensive Player of the Week honors after he posted 19 tackles, one sack and 2.5 tackles-for-loss in NW Mississippi’s 44-30 loss to Copiah-Lincoln. So far this season, Caldwell leads his team with 122 tackles, three sacks and a forced fumble in 10 games.

East Mississippi LB Justin Lucas - Lucas totaled 17 tackles, two tackles-for-loss and a pass breakup in the Lions’ big 42-21 win over Mississippi Gulf Coast last weekend. This season, the sophomore leads the EMCC with 64 tackles and he also has five sacks, 11 tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble and one pass breakup.

Ellsworth LB Terry Mooty - The freshman had 16 tackles in Ellsworth’s 38-7 loss to Hutchinson last weekend. So far this season, the instinctive defender has racked up 83 tackles, two sacks, three tackles-for-loss and two forced fumble.

Iowa Western LB Ford Howell - The Wake Forest bounceback racked up 15 tackles and one tackle-for-loss in the Reivers’ 23-5 win over Fort Scott. This season, in 10 games, the redshirt freshman has totaled 59 tackles, half a sack, five tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery and one pass breakup.

Hutchinson LB Claude George - George, who recently committed to Texas A&M, racked up nine tackles, one sack, two tackles-for-loss and a forced fumble in Hutch’s 38-7 win over Ellsworth. The sophomore, playing for the first time as a linebacker, has had a solid season so far, totaling 53 tackles, 2.5 sacks, one interception, two forced fumbles and three pass breakups.

Mesa LB Wesley Payne - The freshman posted 14 tackles and one tackle-for-loss in the T-Birds’ 31-7 win over New Mexico Military. This season, Payne has put up monster numbers, totaling 113 tackles, one tackle-for-loss, one interception and one pass breakup.

Trinity Valley LB Davonte McMillan - McMillan totaled 10 tackles, two fumble recoveries and a pass breakup in TVC’s 55-35 win over Kilgore. While playing in nine of his team’s 10 games, the sophomore has racked up 81 tackles, 4.5 sacks, six tackles-for-loss, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and two pass breakups.

Kilgore LB Daniel Woodson - Woodson finished with 10 tackles, one tackle-for-loss, one pass breakup and a quarterback hurry in the Rangers’ 55-35 loss to Trinity Valley. This season, the sophomore has posted 76 tackles, four tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble and one pass breakup from his middle linebacker position.

Lackawanna LB John Hall - The sophomore middle linebacker used his great instincts to post 10 tackles and three tackles-for-loss as the Falcons downed Dean College 22-7. This season, Hall has racked up 51 tackles and 5.5 tackles-for-loss while helping to lead Lackawanna to a 5-4 record.

Coffeyville LB AnFernee Turner - Turner totaled eight tackles, one sack, 3.5 tackles-for-loss and on pass breakup in the Red Ravens’ 49-19 win over Dodge City. Turner currently ranks second on his team with 74 tackles, while he leads the team with 4.5 sacks and 10.5 tackles-for-loss.

Orange Coast LB Paul Swanson - Swanson, a sophomore, totaled 10 tackles, two sacks, 3.5 tackles-for-loss and one interception while leading the Pirates to a 36-30 win over Santa Ana. In eight games this season, Swanson has racked up 63 tackles, 2.5 scks, one interception and forced fumble.

El Camino LB Ralph Harvey - Harvey racked up 12 tackles and a tackle-for-loss, but Elco still dropped their game with Chaffey by a score of 36-25.

El Camino LB Winner Watts - Watts had 12 tackles and an interception in El Camino's 36-25 loss to Chaffey.

Feather River LB Nate Stroshine - The sophomore did everythig he could, posting 14 tackles, one sack, 3.5 tackles-for-loss and a forced fumble, but it wasn't enough as the Golden Eagles dropped their game with College of the Siskiyous by a score of 59-36. This season, Stroshine has totaled 55 tackles, 1.5 sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble in eight games.

Sierra LB Vidal Davis - Davis posted 16 tackles, one sack, three tackles-for-loss, one fumble recovery and two pass breakups, but the Wolverines still dropped their game with American River by a score of 31-22. In eight games this season, Davis has totaled 75 tackles, two sacks, one interceptions and one fumble recovery.

Sierra LB Austin Wyatt-Thayer - The sophomore had 13 tackles, 2.5 tackles-for-loss and one sack in Sierra's 31-22 loss to American River.

West Los Angeles LB Darrien Williams - West L.A. lost to Glendale 35-10, however, Williams still had a big game, posting five tackles, two sacks, two tackles-for-loss, one forced fumble and an interception in the losing effort. In seven games this season, the freshman has racked up 67 tackles, two sacks, one intereptions, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries.

Victor Valley LB Melvin Robinson - The freshman helped the Rams eek out a thrilling 28-21 win over Mt. San Jacinto by notching seven tackles, 1.5 sacks and two tackles-for-loss. In eight games this season, while helping his team to a perfect 8-0 record, Robinson has totaled 40 tackles, two sacks and six tackles-for-loss.

Los Medanos LB Markie Beltram - The sophomore led the way with 10 tackles, half a sack, one tackle-for-loss and two interceptions in his team's 35-20 win over College of the Redwoods. In eight games, Beltram has totaled 77 tackles, 1.5 sacks, an amazing six interceptions and three forced fumbles.

San Jose LB Deion Johns - Johns racked up 10 tackles, one sack, two tackles-for-loss and one forced fumble in San Jose's 33-7 win over Mendocino.

Pasadena LB Sean Cowell - Pasadena dropped their game with Allan Hancock by a score of 52-14, but Cowell still had a solid game as he totaled 10 tackles in the losing effort.

Allan Hancock LB William Iribarren - The sophomore totaled 10 tackles, 1.5 tackles-for-loss and an interception in the Bulldogs' 52-14 win over Pasadena.

L.A. Southwest LB Ronald Stovall - The sophomore notched 17 tackles and two tackles-for-loss, but Southwest still dropped their game with Santa Monica by a score of 56-27. Stovall has had a huge season this fall, racking up 104 tackles, seven tackles-for-loss and two fumble recoveries.

Gavilan LB Dillon Babb - In the Rams' 34-7 loss to Hartnell, the sophomore had six tackles, two sacks and two tackles-for-loss. In eight games so far this season, Babb has racked up 72 tackles, four sacks and two forced fumbles.

Compton LB Maurice Simmons - Simmons had 16 tackles, one tackle-for-loss, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in Compton's 68-7 loss to San Bernardino Valley.

Long Beach LB Matthew Rowe - In the Vikings' 27-21 loss to Riverside, the Arizona State bounceback totaled 13 tackles, two saks, three tackles-for-loss and a pass breakup. While helping lead Long Beach to a 6-2 record, Rowe has posted 67 tackles, 9.5 tackles-for-loss, 4.5 sacks and four pass breakups.

East Los Angeles LB DeAndre Nelson - In a tough 9-7 loss to San Diego Mesa, Nelson totaled 10 tackles, two sacks and two tackles-for-loss.

Golden West LB Price Miller - In the Rustlers' 33-19 win over Palomar, Miller totaled 11 tackles, half a sack and a tackle-for-loss. In eight games this season, Miller has racked up 64 tackles, 2.5 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble.

Cerritos LB Erick Zarate - Cerritos blasted Moorpark by a score of 43-33 and Zarate had a huge game, totaling 10 tackles and two interceptions.

L.A. Pierce LB Donqutae Robinson - The freshman had a huge game in the Brahmas' 55-48 win over L.A. Valley as he posted four tackles, three sacks and three tackles-for-loss.
