Still Available - JUCO TEs

A great tight end can really open up an offense. There are a handful of top JUCO tight ends still looking for a home including Bakersfield's Khalin Smith who is a very good blocker, but also a solid receiving threat as well...

Bakersfield TE Khalin Smith (6-5, 240) (May) - Smith used his outstanding size and soft hands to finish the season with 33 receptions for 471 yards and four touchdowns. The emerging tight end visited Eastern Illinois this past weekend. Smith will finish up his academic work this spring and he will have three years to play two starting this fall wherever he winds up.

Moorpark TE/H-Back Cody Tuttle - Tuttle, a bounceback from Nevada, led the team with 52 receptions for 655 yards and eight scores. He can play as a big wide receiver or as a tight end with his size and speed combination. He’s got soft hands and can really stretch the middle seam.

El Camino TE Davion Shelton (6-3, 225) (May) - Shelton played in 10 games for the Warriors this past season and managed to grab six receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown. He's a good blocker with soft hands when called upon and he can leave this spring with three years to play two starting this fall.
