"Utah State is offering me to come now because I have a 3.35 cumulative GPA and I only need six hours to complete my AA so they want me to finish up now and report end of July," Colston-Green told JCFootball.com. "I'm trying to make a decision in the next week or so. A lot of schools have just started to contact me. Hopefully more schools will soon."

In addition to his offer from the Aggies, Colston-Green has also been hearing from the likes of Illinois, Utah, Arizona, California, Indiana, Oklahoma, Texas Tech, Middle Tennessee State and UTSA.

As a prep at Leon High School in Tallahassee, Florida, Colston-Green committed to be a preferred walk-on at Oklahoma State and he spent the 2013 redshirting with the Cowboys.

"I was told I wouldn't be able to get a scholarship until my junior year even though I was in the rotation after spring going into fall camp," Colston-Green noted. "I had a close friend of mine that was out (at Arizona Western) and he showed the head coach (Tom Minnick) some clips of me at OSU in practice and I heard that it was a great JUCO program that has scholarships."

As a redshirt freshman last season, Colston-Green totaled 11 receptions for 165 yards and three touchdowns.

"I'm a speedy wide receiver," Colston-Green said matter-of-factly. "I am good in the slot and outside.

"I can turn short routes into long runs and I am a legit deep ball threat with the ability to get in and out of breaks easily and can get off the press consistently.

"This offseason, I am working on getting stronger and faster. I am working on perfecting my route-running with one-on-one sessions three times a week with our quarterbacks and defensive backs."

Should Colston-Green decide to take the Utah State offer, he will have three years to play three starting this fall.

We will have more on Colston-Green as he nears his decision and we update news on him as it breaks.
