"I have two offers right now, but I am still open to talking to other schools if they like me," Hart told JCFootball.com. "I have offers from Sam Houston State and Western Illinois and I am visiting Western Illinois this coming Monday (July 20th).
"I had been talking a lot with Wyoming and they wanted to get my transcripts to see if I could qualify, but things didn't work out and I am no longer talking to them.
"I did talk to Indiana last week and I am still open to talking to anyone that likes me. I just want to see if any FBS schools are looking for a safety, so that's why I haven't committed or signed yet."
As a redshirt sophomore last season, Hart totaled 70 tackles, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery and four pass breakups while playing both free and strong safety.
Hart has finished up his two-year degree already, so he can enroll immediately and he will have two years to play two starting this fall.
