"I'm taking a visit to Bowling Green this weekend," Levin told JCFootball.com. "They are offering me a preferred walk-on with the chance to get a scholarship in the spring if I get the starting job."
Levin actually signed with Idaho a year ago, but once he visited, he just didn't feel like it was the right fit for him, so he headed back to Santa Barbara for his redshirt sophomore season.
This past season, Levin hit on 50% of his kicks with a long of 37 yards while hitting on nearly all of his extra point attempts.
Levin also had walk-on opportunities with a couple of other FBS programs and he also has offers from Chowan, Colorado State - Pueblo and Northern Arizona.
Levin can enroll this summer and he will have two years to play two starting this fall with whichever team he chooses.
