Morgan announced on his Twitter page that he has received an offer from West Virginia.
As a sophomore this past season, Morgan led the way for the Grizzlies in the secondary, posting a team-leading six interceptions while also racking up 56 tackles and three pass breakups.
"I am probably a better zone guy than anything just because of how hard I work on my technique," Octavious Morgan told JCFootball.com back in the fall. "I am strong when the ball is in the air and I can read things well and make good breaks on passes."
Morgan is on pace to graduate in May and he will have three years to play two starting this fall.
