2017 Riverside CB Tareke Lewis (6-1, 175) has seen his stock skyrocket over the past couple of months with two FBS offer and more could be on the way in the very near future...
"I have offers from Kansas State and Maryland," Lewis told JCFootball.com over the weekend. "Kansas State was actually my first offer and then Maryland came in last week.
"I have also been talking to UCF, UAB, Iowa State, Baylor, Colorado State and Memphis and Arkansas called my coaches to ask about me and I'm planning on going to Oregon's camp this coming week."
Lewis totaled 30 tackles, three interceptions and six pass breakups as a freshman last season for the Tigers, using his size and excellent ball skills to be a lockdown corner on his side of the field.
Lewis prepped at Palatka (Fl.) High School and he was unable to get qualified, so he decided to head west to continue his football career.
"Two friends of mine were here and I just felt like it was the right place for me," Lewis said.
The talented corner is on pace to finish up his two-year degree in December and he will have three years to play two following the 2016 football season.
