Harrison made the announcement of his most recent offer on his Twitter page.
"From talking to the (Fresno State) coach, he just said that he liked my film from spring ball and wanted to offer," Harrison told JCFootball.com.
The offer from the Bulldogs is the second for Harrison, joining the one he already had from Coastal Carolina.
"My coaches said a lot of other schools have been talking to them about me," Harrison said. "The one I know of is Marshall, but I know there are more.
"Most schools want to see some game film of me before they offer, so right now, that's all that I know of."
As a freshman last season, Harrison played mainly special teams, but this year he'll be in the regular rotation in the Monroe secondary.
Harrison is on pace to finish up his academic work in December and he will have three years to play two following the 2016 football season.
