"Just got offered by Arkansas State," Toki said in a message to JCFootball.com.
The offer from the Red Wolves is the first for the rising sophomore who signed with Washington State after finishing up his prep career at St. Francis (Mountain View. Ca.) High School.
Toki only played in three games last season for CSM before undergoing season ending shoulder surgery, so he received a medical redshirt which will allow him to play for the Bulldogs this season and he will finish up with three years to play two following the 2017 football season.
