QUARTERBACKS

GROSSMONT – In his first start freshman Jordan Adams, 6-3, 195,  set a school passing record with 531 yards on 30 of 42 for 4 TDs.

SAN DIEGO MESA – Blake Moorman, 6-1, 185, was 29 of 45 for 478 yards and 5 tallies and ran for 44 more.

SANTA BARBARA – Preston Maloney, completed 15 of 26 for 358 and TDs of 26, 27, 5l and 72 yards, in 39-20 win over LA Pierce.

WEST L.A. – Freshman Devin Hollins, 6-2, 200, completed 25 of 37 for 331 and 3 TDs, in 54-30 win over East LA.

SANTA ANA – Cory Campbell, 5-10, 185, was 21 of 32 for 325 yards and rushed for 50 and a TD in loss to Fullerton

SANTA MONICA – David Koral, 6-2, 205, hit on 30 of 44 passes for 322 yards and TDs of 10, 28, 8 and 30 yards

REEDLEY – Robert Johnson, 6-2, 190, completed 18 for 31 for 322 yards and 1 TD in 19-14 win over West Hills

SOUTHWESTERN – Tanner Harris, 6-1, 180, was 20 of 29 for 316 and 3 TDs.  

VENTURA – Jack Swisher, 5-11, 175, completed 23 of 33 for 256 and 3 TDs.

ANTELOPE VALLEY – Jerad Romo, 6-2, 210, went 16 of 24 for 260 yards and 2 TDs.

RUNNING BACKS

BUTTE – Freshman Jason Peters, 6-1, 226, ripped off 191 yards on 21 carries for 4 TDs in a 65-13 victory over Chabot

HANCOCK – Frosh Michael Santos, 5-10, 190, scooted 180 yards on 14 carries and scored once, in 42-14 victory over Moorpark and freshman Russell Spafford, 5-8, 195, had 12 carries for 132.

SCOTTSDALE- Kenny Jenkins had 30 carries for 164 yards and scored twice to help with a 34-20 win over Mesa.

SAN FRANCISCO – Tim Brown, 5-7, 180, had 32 rushes for 163 yards, 2 TDs and 1 catch for 15.

PALOMAR – Lawrence Letuli, 5-8, 195, was 31 for 159 and a TD vs. Long Beach.

FULLERTON – Justin Domineck, 5-11, 215, had TD runs of 57 and 56 while gaining 155 yards on just 15 carries

CITRUS – Quinton Ganther, 5-11, 195, came within 7 yards of the Owls season record by adding 146 on 25 carries and tallied twice in 28-15 win over Compton.  His 9 game totals are 238-1,583 and 20 TDs.

ANTELOPE VALLEY – Jamar Day, 5-11, 200, rushed 17 times for 145 and a TD.  He became the 9th Marauder to rush over 1,000 yards

SOUTHWESTERN – Andrew Follins, 5-9, 190, rushed 19 times for 142 yards 1 TD and 3 catches for 27 and DeMarcus Small, 5-7, 205, had 14 carries for 135 yards and 2 scores in 51-42 win over Southwestern.

MOORPARK – Greg Morris, 5-8, 185, gained almost all of his team's yards, going 20 times for 130 and 2 TDs vs. Hancock

RECEIVERS

SAN DIEGO MESA – Tyrell Spain, 6-3, 190, had 8 catches for 126 yards and a score in 51-42 loss to Southwestern and Cleve Johnson, 5-11, 185, had 7 receptions for 165 and 1 TD.

SANTA BARBARA – Herbie Smith, caught 6 passes for 183 yards and TDs of 27, 51, and 72 yards.

WEST L.A.  – Lamark Henderson, 5-9, 180, caught 9 passes good for 160 yards, including one for a 85-yard TD, returned 3 kickoffs 137 yards (75-yard TD) giving him 297 all-purpose yards.

MT. SAN ANTONIO – Delanie Walker, 6-3, 210, notched 5 catches for 166 yards and 2 scores in 48-17 win over Golden West

REEDLEY – Freshman Lamar Hughes, 6-0, 178, made 6 catches for 181 yards vs, West Hills

DEFENSE

PALOMAR – CB Josh Hargis, 6-3, 175, had 3 INTs giving him 11 on the season, and returned one for 85-yard TD.

EL CAMINO – SS Keith Ellison, 6-2, 220, made 17 tackles, forced 1 fumble, and had a 60-yard INT for team's only TD

COMPTON – Jeremy Stewart, 6-2, 225, 9 tackles, 3 for losses, and a sack in 28-15 loss to Citrus

HANCOCK – DB Greg Dutra, 6-0, 188, had 7 tackles, and 1 INT while helping to hold Moorpark to 145 total yards (31 passing).

FRESNO – Roosevelt Cooks, 5-11, 220, had 10 tackles in helping limit Merced to 62 yards rushing.

COMPTON – Joseph Torres, 9 tackles, 1TFL, caused and recovered a fumble.

MOORPARK – LB Mike Martin, 6-4, 215, had 14 tackles, 10 solo, 2TFLs and caused a fumble in loss to Hancock

LOS MEDANOS – Frosh Justin Amaral, 5-11, 185, caught 5 passes for 150 yards and a pair of scores, in 55-0 win over San Jose

FOOTHILL – Steve Holloway, 5-8, 180, rushed for 132 yards, had 141 in returns for 273 all-purpose yards, in 44-20 win vs. Sac city

SAN MATEO – Marque McCray, 5-11, 190, rushed for 49, had 101 in receptions and 134 in returns for 284 AP yards.

PIMA – Freshman LB Mickey Pimental, had 9 tackles, 3 TFL, 2 sacks and a pick in 15-10 win over Phoenix.

PEARL RIVER – Larry Kendrick, WR/DB/RET, had 2 INTs for TDs and caught a TD pass in 52-13 win over Copiah-Lincoln.
