Arnold chose to go the JC route and should be graduated this December and show up at his college of choice next spring with three years to play two. He is very athletic for an offensive lineman and his vitals prove it.

Although he has prototypical size for a defensive tackle, Marvin Arnold has made a career out of being an offensive lineman, and mainly a tackle. "That is where schools are recruiting me at—offensive tackle," he explains. "I have good feet and I am fast for my size. I have the ability to adjust because I have played all the line positions."
Out of high school, he had received interest from Fresno State, San Jose State, Oregon, Oregon State, and Nevada. "The main schools I am hearing from now are Marshall, Louisiana-Lafayette and Oregon. I like those three, plus LSU, San Jose State and Nevada. The only one of my favorites I haven't heard from is LSU."
He has no offers to date and no visits scheduled. Arnold would like to major in General Studies as he has aspirations of being a teacher.
