Where is Urias headed?

Saddleback S Daniel Urias (6-2, 215) is a playmaking defensive back and he's got three offers to his name. He recently took a visit to Ohio and made a commitment, but it isn't that simple. Things got a bit complicated and now he might be looking to head to a D-1AA power who he says has been there from the beginning and he hopes to make a decision pretty quickly.

"I did commit to Ohio, but it's kind of complicated," Urias told JCFootball.com. "I'm kind of frustrated because after I committed they said that the scholarship they have for me is being held by someone else and they need to wait and see if he is going to finish up his schoolwork or not.

"If he finishes up and graduates, then I have a scholarship, but that won't be until June and I wouldn't be able to get there until July then and I want to get going right away.

"Idaho State is a school that's been with me since the beginning and they have really treated me well and showed me how important I am to them. They said that they have an offer for me to start in January and that's probably where I'm headed since it doesn't look like the Ohio scholarship is going to work out."

Urias had a solid season on defense for the Gauchos, posting 42 tackles, eight tackles for loss, two sacks and two interceptions.
