QUARTERBACKS

N.W. MISSISSIPPI – Bobby Robison connected on 24 of 40 passes for 408 yards and 6 TDs, in 53-17 win over East Miss. (Season: 87-177-1,326-16-7)
**MARIN – Freshman Gary Davenport, 5-9, 170, passed 30 times and completed 24 for 383, 4 TDs and ran for 111 yards and another TD.
VICTOR VALLEY– Dylan Lockwood, 6-5, 190, was 22 of 54 for 369 yards and 2 scores vs. Chaffey.
HINDS – Freshman Terrance Mathews, 6-1, 195, went 27 of 40 for 335 yards and 1 TD in loss to East Central, 23-20.
TRINITY VALLEY – Freshman Justin Algood, 6-2, 185, was 19 of 30 for 301 and 2 TDs vs. Kilgore.
JOLIET – Jimmy Peyton went 13 of 23 for 286 yards and a score (Season: 87-151-1,593-19)
ALFRED ST. – QB Jeff Duggins, 6-0, 205, went 14 of 27 for 247 yards and 3 TDs in win over Hudson Valley. He also ran for 2 scores.
SNOW – Paul Peterson, 6-0, 190, went 14 of 23 for 229 and 3 TDs vs. Eastern Ariz. (Season: 169-271-1,984-23-9)
SAN DIEGO MESA – QB Michael Rathe, 6-2, 210, was 16 of 23 for 222 and 3 TDs.
GARDEN CITY – Freshman Andrew Harris, 6-2, 190, went 13 of 17 for 219 yards and hit on first 7 in succession.

RUNNING BACKS

**MORRISVILLE – Rufus Walker rushed for 237 vs. Alfred State with 1 TD.
COFFEYVILLE – Brandon Jacobs lugged the ball 26 times for 226 yards and 2 TDs as Red Ravens downed Dodge City, 63-23. Jacobs piled up 623 yards of total offense.  Running mate Lee Baker rushed 9 times for 124 yards
ROCHESTER – Quentin Bowen, 6-0, 211, had 26 carries for 224 yards and 1 TD in rout of Fergus Falls. Meanwhile, Lontrell Nealy, 5-10, 185,  garnered 150 yards on 14 efforts and 4 scores.  Bowen also had 3 catches for 27 yards.
CHAFFEY – John Bogarin, 5-9, 190, who exceeds 100 yards virtually every week, pounded Victor Valley for 209 yards and 3 TDs.  He accounted for 14 of the Panthers 15 rushing first downs.
**HIBBING – Corey Shephard rushed 23 times for 202 and 3 TDs.  He's a freshman.
S.W. MISSISSIPPI – Scottie Reddix, 5-9, 180, had 23 carries for 198 yards and 2 TDs in 28-21 loss to Gulf Coast.
SOUTHWESTERN – Freshman Vernon Jones, 5-11, 195, carried the leather 16 times for 188 yards and scored one TD. He also caught 2 passes for 14 yards. He's a North Carolina native.
**BAKERSFIELD – Josh Lopes had 21 carries for 183 and 2 scores in loss to East LA.
CISCO – Douglas Sherman rambled for 171 yards on 22 carries in loss to Tyler.
DIXIE – Josh Burkman, 5-11, 205, carried 18 times for 168 yards vs. Arizona Western.
HUDSON VALLEY – RB Emmanuel Marc had 29 carries on rain-soaked field for 163 yards vs. Alfred St.  Against Canton he had 30 lugs for 243 yards and 2 TDs.
LANEY – Rodney Roy raced for 166 yards on just 11 carries and scored 3 times in 50-26 win over Solano.
MERCED – Shawn Harris, 5-9, 210, scored TDs of 30, 11, and 2 yards. He also hauled in a 33 yard pass. On the day he had 21 carries for 166 yards.
ITAWAMBA – Odie Armstrong, 6-0, 210, made 15 trips for 150 yards and a pair of TDs, in 42-12 win over Coahoma.
LACKAWANNA – Ricky Rogers had 16 rushes for 141 yards vs. Dean.
GEORGIA MILITARY – Freshman Andre Hall, 5-11, 205, had 30 lugs for 130 yards and a TD in 14-7 win over Nassau.
HIGHLAND – Won first conference game, 40-16, over Independence as Eric Young rushed 21 times for 129 yards.
INDEPENDENCE – Kevin McKenzie, 5-10, 190, had 25 carries for 122 and caught 5 passes for 86.

RECEIVERS

PEARL RIVER – WR Donovan Morgan, 6-3, 185, caught 8 for 228 yards and 2 tallies in 44-17 upset of Jones.
**AMERICAN RIVER – Freshman Kellen Bowens, 6-3, 190, caught 10 for 204 and one TD in loss to Feather River.
**HARTNELL – Jacob Sanderson, 6-3, 210, hauled in 8 for 197 and 2 tallies in loss to Marin.
N.W. MISSISSIPPI – Freshman John Harris 6-1, 180, caught 9 passes for 152 yards and 4 TDs vs. East Mississippi and slotback Kenyaki Sanders had 6 for 116.  Harris' season stats: 42 for 629 and 13 TDs.
VICTOR VALLEY – Jamel Richardson, 6-3, 205, made 7 catches for 142 yards and two scores.
ANTELOPE VALLEY – Jerome Wright, 6-0, 178, grabbed 8 for 131 yards in loss to San Diego Mesa.
CHAFFEY – Freshman Cody Sorenson, 6-1, 195, made 7 catches for 118 yards.
JOLIET – Kelvin Hayden, 5-11, 185, hauled in 7 catches for 116 yards vs. Air Force JV.  Season:  53-997-10.
LACKAWANNA – TE Dave Kenner, 6-4, 260, caught his 8th TD pass of season vs. Dean in 38-21 win.

DEFENSE

N.E. OKLAHOMA – DE Eli Hutchinson made 7 solo tackles, 8 assists, and 3 QB sacks.
SAN DIEGO MESA – DL Paul Howse, 6-2, 260, recorded 17 tackles, 3 for losses and 4 sacks in 45-7 win over Antelope Valley.

Although the score was GROSSMONT 39, SOUTHWESTERN 16, there were 5 outstanding defensive performances.

GROSSMONT – Freshman S Maurice London, 6-1, 200, had 2 INTs, 3 pass break-ups and 8 tackles.  He's from Georgia. LB Chad Macomber, 5-11, 190, recorded 9 tackles and a sack. LB John Castillo, 6-0, 230, made 11 tackles with 2 for losses.
SOUTHWESTERN – Freshman DB Jevon Murphy, 5-11, 175, made 1 INT, 7 tackles and 5 assists. LB Marcell Lagrone, 6-2, 190, was in on 11 tackles, 8 assists and 3 QB hurries.

PEARL RIVER – DL Darryl Blappert, 6-7, 268, returned an interception 75 yards for a TD and has been defensive key all year.
EAST CENTRAL – LB Traveras Osley, 6-1, 220, leads Mississippi defenders with 79 solo stops and 22 assists.
N.E. MISSISSIPPI – DL Eric Holcombe, 6-4, 275, has 8 sacks in 7 games.  He is one of the top DL in Mississippi Jucos.
INDEPENDENCE – Freshman DE Curtis Isaac, 6-3, 255, recorded seven solo tackles, 4 assists, and had 2 sacks for 9 yards.
HUDSON VALLEY – LB Mike Miller got busy with 19 tackles and returned an INT 38 yards for a TD in 28-0 win over Canton.
MERCED – DE Tremaine Mobley, 6-4, 230, recorded 2.5 sacks (giving him 8), 2 other solos tackles, 4 assists, 3 QB hurries, and a pass broken up. Meanwhile, DE Jameel Gaines, 6-6, 225, also had 2.5 sacks, 2 sack assists, 2 QB hurries and 2 passes broken up.
GARDEN CITY – CB Cedric Williams, 5-10, 175, had 2 picks - one of the spectacular variety.
BLINN – DB Anthony Kelly, 5-10, 185, had 9 tackles and a sack. He lead a defense that allowed only 3 plus-yardage plays in 2nd half in 28-7 win over Ranger
TYLER – CB Nino Williams, 6-1, 185, had 2 INTs, returning one for a 30-yard TD.  He has 55 tackles for the season and 5 picks.

OTHERS

GROSSMONT – Freshman Todd Watkins, 6-3, 180, tied school record with a 54-yard field goal and hit another of 42, plus scoring on a 23-yard TD pass to account for 15 points.
GAVILAN – P Adam Almaguer had 7 boots for a 43.8 avg. in loss to Sequoias.
S.W. MISSISSIPPI – Tim Wright leads Miss. in punting with 43.1 avg. on 45 boots.
BLINN – K/P Lance Lane, 5-9, 165, has averaged 43.5 yards on 36 punts with a long of 61 yards.
