Two offers and counting for Muldrow

The last time we talked with Sierra RB Lamon Muldrow (5-9, 210) he was waiting on his first offer. Recently a Pac 10 and a WAC school have stepped forward with offers and he said he's hoping more could be on the way soon.

"I got offered a couple of weeks ago by Arizona and San Jose State," Muldrow told JCFootball.com. "They called my coaches and told them they were offering me and my coaches just told me.

"I still have a lot of schools talking to me and showing me interest. Washington State has been recruiting me pretty hard and Oregon and Oregon State have both shown me a lot of interest."

As a freshman in 2007, Muldrow lead the state of California in rushing and scoring with 1,957 yards and 19 touchdowns.

"Actually, I got most of my yards in the second half of the season," Muldrow said. "I had two games with over 50 carries each, one with over 40 carries and two more with over 30 carries.

"They sorta rode me toward the end of the season and, as a running back, that's something you cherish because all good running backs want the ball and they want to carry their team and that's what happened with me."

We'll continue to update things as they happen regarding Muldrow's recruiting.
