Two visits scheduled for Muldrow

One of the top JUCO running backs in the country is located in northern California and Sierra RB Lamon Muldrow (5-9, 210) is off to a huge start this season. Heading into the season he already had two offers and he's set up a visit to one of his two favorites over his bye week. Read on to find out more about Muldrow's season and which WAC and Pac 10 programs he's set to visit...

"Things are going good here," Muldrow told JCFootball.com recently. "I'm averaging over 100 yards per game and I have 14 touchdowns already."

In fact, Muldrow now has over 600 yards to go with his amazing touchdown total already and he's helped lead the Wolverines to a 4-0 record and a showdown with San Mateo, which has its own talented running back, this weekend.

"Yeah (Daniel Porter) is pretty good," Muldrow said. "It should be a good battle and it's something I look forward to because challenges and how you accept them are what define you as a person and a player."

On the recruiting front, Muldrow has offers from two schools and he's still getting heavy interest from several others.

"I'm going to visit San Jose State over our bye week (October 11th) and I'm visiting Arizona on December 11th," Muldrow said. "I'm still getting a lot of contact from Washington State who said they wanted to offer me last summer, but that didn't happen.

"Oregon and Oregon State are the other two schools that have said they are watching me and they've been in touch with me too."

Muldrow is still on pace to graduate this December and he'll have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
