Terrell makes the call

Garden City LB Kadero Terrell (6-2, 235) had plenty of schools looking at him this fall, but he knew he wanted to be a part of the Kansas State football program the moment he stepped on campus the second weekend of December. JCFootball.com caught up with Terrell and he updated us on things including what it was like meeting with new head coach Bill Snyder...

"Going in I knew coach Snyder had been at Kansas State before, but I didn't know much about him," Terrell told JCFootball.com. "He was a real easy coach to talk to and I got to meet with all of the new coaching staff and they just made me feel welcomed.

"I know I can go in there and play early and really help boost up their defense."

In addition to his offer from the Wildcats, Terrell also had offers from South Florida, Eastern Michigan, Western Michigan and Central Florida as well.

Terrell signed his letter-of-intent last Wednesday (Dec. 17th) and he'll have three years to play two once he steps on campus next month.
