El Camino's Williams talks recruiting

El Camino always produces a lot of D-1 talent and this year, their backfield was so loaded, runners had to split time. The change-of-pace back who they brought in to add a speed element to the backfield was RB Isaac Williams (6-0, 192) and he's got one offer to his name and he's got two other schools close to offering...

"I'm more of an all-purpose back," Williams told JCFootball.com recently. "We had a lot of backs in our system so I had to split time with Andre Harris and Antwain Easterling, but I still put up like over 700 yards of offense and I had seven touchdowns."

Williams has excellent speed, posting high 4.3 forty times and he's got the hands and elusiveness to be a solid third-down back at the next level.

On the recruiting front, Williams has one offer to his name and others could be on the way.

"I got offered early on by Memphis so I have that one," Williams said. "Nevada and Kansas State have both been looking at me too, so I have a couple of schools interested."

Williams will graduate in May and he'll have three years to play two wherever he ends up.
